What a great post - sad most folks probably - don't have time to stop - late for work - might be fired and have no job; don't appreciate classical music (wonder if it had been a different type of music or intrument); don't recognize art unless it is in a "gallery" or a concert hall (sometimes whether art sells is all in the presentation). Kids are more aware of what's around them because they don't have the problems and worries adults do - kids live in the moment - if only we all could live that way more.

Joan makes porcelain and stoneware pendants at Off Center Productions with her partner Lana. Joan was born in Hartford; grew up in Massachusetts, lived in Hawaii and Alaska, also lived in Germany. Has Masters Degree in Social Work. Spent 25 years in higher education; always dabbled in the arts, now consumed with all things arty. Making porcelain pendants and beads.
